The psychology minor has given me a broad understanding of how people think as well as an understanding of their wants/needs. This equips me with the ability to better market products to change wants into needs and position products in the market to meet those needs.

I oversee broadcast, streaming, and sponsorship media campaigns for high-profile clients, managing negotiations, execution, and media buys for top-tier accounts. I efficiently handle commercial trafficking, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met, while cultivating strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders. I also play a key role in streamlining traffic and accounting systems, facilitating transitions to improve operational efficiency and ensure timely material delivery for invoicing. Additionally, I train new team members and handle sensitive financial materials. My dedication and work ethic contributed to a promotion within less than a year of joining the company.

REAL ESTATE MARKETING INTERN | KELLER WILLIAMS LEGACY
After graduating from UCF, I moved to South Florida to explore my interest in marketing and real estate by working as an intern at the Keller Williams Legacy office in Weston. As one of the top producing offices in the Keller Williams family, The Sandra Rathe Team specializes in selling luxury homes in the Broward County region. The office also has a Sports & Entertainment division, an exclusive division of the KW Legacy. During my time at the office, I helped with several marketing initiatives such as direct mail, grassroots, and social media. However, the main project that I focused on was the luxury homes look-book, which you can see on my profile page.

As an intern, I aid with the managing of UCF Athletics’ social media accounts, conducting interviews, editing media, creating graphics, and writing press releases. Recently, I had a tennis preview published on the UCF Athletics website.

As a summer intern, I assisted Mr. Stemberger with research and media for his law office and political interest group. Through doing so, I learned how to conduct statistical research and present it to an audience through graphic design and social media as well as host press events.

Worked in retail sales for 3+ years. Worked in as a server in the food/beverage industry for 2+ years. Oversaw 175+ young women and guided them on their academic journey as the Academic Achievement Chair for Alpha Xi Delta sorority. Completed over 300 hours of volunteer opportunities.
